Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at hello@funkysockco.com.au so that our customer service team can take care of you right away. Please include your full name, email (that you made the purchase with), and order number.
At Funky Sock Co we are committed to selling high quality products and maintaining high standards of customer service. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so our returns and exchange policy is a breeze.
If you are not happy with the socks you have received due to sizing, length or feel, you have a 30 day period from receipt (day they were delivered to you) to return them. Please send us an email to hello@funkysockco.com.au to let us know to look out for the returned item. Please include your name and order number with the returned socks so we can more easily locate your original order. Once the socks have been received back in the warehouse we will issue a full refund, excluding original postage costs. You will be responsible for shipping costs of the socks back to us.
Upon wearing the socks for the first time - If they are extremely tight or very loose then the sizing is incorrect. This can occur as all legs are different in their ankle circumference and calf circumference. If this is the case please get in contact with us to return the socks.
Socks returned to us must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that they were received in order to receive a refund. We will not accept socks back that have been visibly worn for an extended period of time (This is determined by the warehouse team upon examination). E.g. If a 3 pack is purchased and all 3 socks have been returned - if the warehouse team has determined 2 pairs are new have not been worn and that 1 pair have has been worn for an extended period of time we will refund the cost of the 2 pairs that have not been worn.
Funky Sock Co reserves the right to refuse exchanges, or refunds under the following conditions:
- Items with a strong odor, blemishes, or covered in human/animal hair.
- Items that have been washed.
- Items that show signs of being worn (It's OK to have tried them on to check the size).
- Items not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing original packaging.
- Items damaged during transit due to improper packaging of the return shipment.
Items returned more than 30 days after the initial delivery date. - Mystery boxes or sale items, which are non-returnable.
You will be notified via email if your returned item does not meet our return criteria. Be sure to follow our return policy guidelines to avoid any issues, as we cannot accept returns that show damage or fall outside the 30-day window.
If your socks are faulty or damaged-
If you received a faulty item, a photograph of the fault will suffice and we will credit you with a full refund including shipping costs. Please contact us on hello@funkysockco.com.au and we will resolve the issues as soon as possible.
If we sent the wrong socks please contact us and we will send you the correct ones.
